Continuing with the objective of creating the largest pastry chef community in Peru, on April 16th Winter’s celebrated Entrepreneur’s Day with the launch of “Winter’s Pastry School”.
At Compañía Nacional de Chocolates – Peru, we are known for being a company that cares for the welfare of all the employees, the pillars of our company.
Therefore, on the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, and throughout the month of April, we had different spaces and activities focused on the wellbeing of our people: The Care for Life Fair, anti-stress massage campaign, active pauses, the PPE Fair and different information campaigns where taking care of themselves and others was encouraged.
As part of the celebration, a video was presented where employees and CNCH leaders explained the importance and steps to follow in order to prevent hazardous energy release and maintain the fence intact.
