New Winter’s Pastry School! Published June 2021

Continuing with the objective of creating the largest pastry chef community in Peru, on April 16th Winter’s celebrated Entrepreneur’s Day with the launch of “Winter’s Pastry School”.

This school is a digital training platform where entrepreneurs from all over the country will have free access to recipe courses and complementary classes with methods and tips to boost their businesses.

From the work of renowned Chef Alejandra Cendra, entrepreneur, television host and founder of “Alejandra Cendra Pastries”, 24 classes were created among which are recipes and complementary, ending with a video challenge to guide the entrepreneurs to the formalization of their businesses.

With this new initiative Winter’s reaffirms its commitment to its consumers, accompanying them on the path to entrepreneurship though pastry making.
